Early in the War EOD teams blew a lot of Ordinance up to prevent the insurgents from getting ther hands on them. The end result is this, nearly 10 sqaure miles of scattered Ordinance , some live but mostly destoyed. Tetra Tech prime job is to pick up every piece ensuring that its inert, if not they would BIP it (blow it in place)
